This article conducts detaied analysis of some lines in the movie TITANIC through the use of Grice＇s Cooperative Principle. By analysing the special converstional implication of some dialogues which deliberately break or in violation of the principles of cooperation, the new interpretation of the movie TITANIC will be easily understood by the language learners. Meanwhile,the language learners will have a better and comprehensive understanding of the character personalities and psychological characteristics.
