摘要
地方本科院校要保证基本的办学水平与人才培养质量,应尽快构建适合本校发展定位的学生素质能力培养模式。学生素质能力结构构建,要围绕为地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才这个共性目标来进行,学生的素质结构主要包括基础素质、专业素质和潜能素质三个方面,能力结构与各类大学生相比可分成共性能力与个性能力两大类。全面实施素质教育、调整优化课程结构体系、大力推行创新教育模式、努力实现第一课堂与第二课堂的良性互动是地方本科院校学生素质能力培养的主要途径。
When local undergraduate colleges want to guarantee their basic teaching and quality on talent training, they should build a students' quality cultivate mode which fits the position of the school as soon as possible. The construction of students' quality structure should aim at the common target of cultivating talents for local economic and social development. The students' quality structure consists mainly of fundamental quali- ty, professional quality, and potential quality. Compared with all kinds of college students, the ability structure can be divided into common ability and individual ability. The major methods of local undergraduate college students' quality cultivation are implementing quality education, adjusting course structure system, improving creative teaching mode, and the virtuous interacting of inside and outside of classrooms.
