肝脓肿的CT和MRI影像诊断 被引量：11

摘要 肝脓肿是常见的肝脏炎性病变，临床起病急、进展快，其形态学表现随发病过程改变而呈多样性，影像学是发现肝脓肿较可靠的方法，其正确诊断率为70%-80%。本文主要介绍肝脓肿的CT和MRI影像学表现及常见鉴别诊断，以加深对该病的进一步认识，提高诊断准确率。
