水库移民补偿是一个具有独特价值的法学研究范畴。国内外理论界在水库移民补偿的内涵、特征、标准体系和制度架构等方面作出了开拓性研究,并取得许多可喜的成果。但囿于学科壁垒和法治发展水平的相对滞后,我国理论界对其研究还存在一些不足。

Reservoir resettlement compensation is a legal category with unique value. The domestic and foreign theoretical circles have made much pioneering research in its connotation, features, standards system and system architecture of reservoir resettlement compensation and so on, and obtained many encouraging results. But because of disciplinary barriers and under-development of the rule of law, there still exists some inadequacies in the domestic theoretical research.
