云南栽培灯盏花遗传多样性RAPD分析 被引量:3

摘要 对采自云南大理、泸西、玉溪等地的12份灯盏花种质资源进行遗传多样性RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA)分析和NTSYS2聚类分析.10个RAPD引物在12份灯盏花种质资源种共产生43条DNA片段,其中32条带具有遗传多态性,约占74.41%,12个地方种质资源被聚为2个大类,野生居群被聚为一类,栽培灯盏花聚为一类,其中栽培灯盏花有4大亚类.云南栽培灯盏花种质资源遗传多样性丰富,遗传关系与其采集地的地理分布具有密切关系,但并非严格按地理界限聚在一起. This research used RAPD molecule mark technology and NTSYS2 analysis to analyze 12 Erigeron breviseapus germplasm resources from Dali, Luxi and Yuxi of Yunnan Province. Ten RAPD primer pairs had 43 fragments, of which 32 had genetic diversity, accounting for 74.41% of the total. Twelve regional resources were clustered into two groups. Wild populations were clustered into one group, the cultivated Erigeron Breviscapus clustered into the other group which fell into four sub - categories. The genetic diversity of gemlplasm resources was rich in 12 regions . It is closely related to the genetic relationship in accordance with its geographical distribution, but not in strict accordance with the geographic boundaries.
