摘要
通过对集中式电表的结构原理的分析 ,提出了利用公用电话网对集中式电表进行远程监控的用电管理模式。
The author makes a detailed analysis on the mechanism of the concentrated meters and puts forward some proposals as to performing long distance monitoring of the concentrated meters by means of the public telephone network.
