不同缓释肥料对黄瓜产量、品质及养分利用率的影响 被引量:53

摘要 在黄瓜上的试验设置了不同释放期的缓释肥与普通肥料处理,研究了不同种类缓释肥对黄瓜产量、品质以及养分利用率的影响,结果表明:在氮、磷、钾施用量相同的条件下,缓释尿素CRU、缓释肥CRF处理较普通复合肥处理增加黄瓜产量8.0%~15.7%,净收益增加1 278.6~7 096.6元/hm2,提高肥料中氮、磷、钾的利用率9.6~23.7个百分点,其中CRF-B效果最好。不同释放期缓释肥料对黄瓜产量品质的影响不同,CRU、CRF处理较普通复合肥处理的黄瓜可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量分别增加0.30~1.03 g.kg-1和0.15~0.34 mg.(100 g)-1,硝酸盐含量降低6.83~31.96 mg.kg-1,CRF-B对提高黄瓜品质效果最显著。 The effects of different slow-release fertilizers with different release durations on encumbers' yield, quality and nutrient use efficiency were studied by field trials. The results showed that : in condition of the same N, P, K application rates, compared to common compound fertilizers, cucumbers'yield with CRU and CRF increased 8. 0% -15.7%, net earning increased 1 278.6 -7 096. 6 yuan/hm2, N, P, K utilization effieiencies increased 9. 6 - 23.7 percentage points, but the effect of CRF-B was best. The effects of different slow-release fertilizers with different release durations on cucum- bers'quality were different. Compared to common compound fertilizers, cucumbers'soluble sugar and protein with slow- release urea and other fertilizers applications increased 0. 30-1.03 g·kg-1 and 0. 15 -0. 34 mg·( 100 g)-1, nitrate contents reduced 6. 83 - 31.96 mg· kg-1 , but the effect of CRF-B on increasing cucumbers'quality was most striking.
