摘要
综述了组织公民行为的概念及其测量,分析了影响护士组织公民行为的主要因素及其影响机制,为医院护理管理实践提供参考依据,并展望了护士组织公民行为研究的发展前景。
It reviewed the concept and the measurement of organizational citizenship behaviors,analyzed the main factors influencing nurses' organizational citizenship behaviors and its influencing mechanisms,so as to provide a reference for hospital nursing management practice. And it looked forward to the developing prospect of the nurses' organizational citizenship behaviors.
