知识在企业技术创新过程中起着至关重要的作用,隐性知识又在企业知识构成中占有很高的比重。企业技术创新的过程本质上就是知识的转移、创新与整合的过程。因此,探讨知识转移特别是隐性知识转移如何在企业技术创新中有效进行有一定的现实意义。通过分析隐性知识的相关特性及其与技术创新的互动关系,进而对隐性知识转移对技术创新的影响机理进行了分析,在此基础上,以华为公司为例探讨了技术创新型企业进行隐性知识转移的方式。
