甲基苯丙胺滥用对执行功能影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 甲基苯丙胺是一种依赖性极高的精神活性物质,具有很强的神经毒性作用,甲基苯丙胺滥用可造成广泛的神经损害,临床上表现为持续的认知功能障碍,其中执行功能损害明显。近年来,随着认知神经科学和脑成像技术的发展,甲基苯丙胺滥用导致执行功能损害相关研究受到广泛关注,本文拟对近年来甲基苯丙胺滥用所致执行功能障碍相关研究进展进行综述,以期指导临床研究与治疗。
