摘要
为了探讨传统心理技能训练的效果和"决定测验"对心理技能训练持续性的影响,分别选取16-20岁左右的南拳运动员和太极运动员各10人作为实验组和对照组。实验组和对照组都进行传统心理技能训练,但实验组在传统心理技能训练结束后继续使用"决定测验"进行干预,对照组不进行任何干预。结果表明:以讲课为主要模式的传统心理技能训练对中国运动员的心理技能训练效果并不是很理想,对照组在传统心理技能训练后心理技能的使用情况产生衰减,实验组使用"决定测验"进行干预后有效地促进了心理技能的使用。
This study explored the traditional psychological skill training(PST) effect and the lasting effects of "De- cision Test" on the psychological skill training. Ten Nanquan athletes and Taiji athletes, age from 16 to 20 were ran- domly chosen and classified into experimental group and control group. Both the experimental group and control group were intervened with traditional psychological skills training. Meanwhile, the experimental group was given " Decision Test" for intervention of lasting effect of PST and the control group wasn't. The results showed that the ef- fect of traditional psychological training with lectures as the mainly form was not satisfactory. The application of men- tal skills of the control group would decay rapidly after the PST. However, "Decision Test" would promote the appli- cation of psychological skills of experimental group.
