摘要
摆线钢球行星传动在负载作用下其啮合副的弹性变形会产生传动误差,从而影响其精密传动特性。以摆线钢球啮合副的载荷误差为研究对象,首先根据啮合副的力学模型,基于赫兹公式计算出啮合副的弹性变形,然后根据变形协调条件建立了啮合副的传动误差方程,并进一步分析了摆线钢球行星传动主要参数对传动误差的影响规律,为该传动的精度优化设计提供了理论基础。
Under the action of the load, the transmission error is produced by the elastic deformation of the engagement pair for the cycloid ball planetary transmission, which affects the precision transmission characteristics. Firstly, according to the mechanical model of the cycloid ball engagement pair, the elastic deformation of engagement pair is calculated by the Hertz formula, and the equation of transmission error is established by the deformation coordination conditions. Then, the variation of the transmission error with the parameters of the cycloid ball planetary transmission is analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for the accuracy optimization design of the transmission.
