摘要
通过浆料沉降实验和流变学实验 ,系统地研究了用柠檬酸三铵分散和稳定BaTiO3 水浆料 ,得出了分散剂用量和浆料pH值对浆料分散性的影响规律 ,并用DLVO (Derjaguin、Landau、Verwey和Overbeek) )理论进行了定性探讨。柠檬酸三铵分散BaTiO3 粉料的最佳条件是柠檬酸三铵用量为 0 5 % ,浆料 pH =7~ 9,此时浆料沉降相对密度可达 5 0 %以上。
The dispersion and stability of aqueous BaTiO 3 suspensions are investigated. Tribasic ammonium citrate is as dispersant. By observing the sedimentation behavior and measuring the viscosity, the effects of the amount of dispersant and pH value of suspension on the dispersion of the suspension are found out with help of DLVO theory. The optimum amount and pH value range are obtained.(13 refs.)
