摘要
为了推动弧齿锥齿轮冷锻技术的实用化研究,提出了齿腔大端分流法,并采用刚塑性有限元方法对弧齿锥齿轮冷锻过程进行了分析。结果表明,与传统冷闭塞式模锻相比,采用齿腔大端分流法不仅能够保证锻件齿形充填良好,而且可以有效地降低成形载荷。锻件出模后仅需对背锥面进行少量磨削即可得到合格的齿轮零件。
In order to put cold forging of spiral bevel gear into practice, a method dividing the material flow in the big end of dentiform cavity is put forward. And rigid - plastic finite element method is used to analyze the cold forging of spiral bevel gear. Comparing with the traditional cold closed - die forging process, this process based on di- vided flow method not only can ensure good filling of the forging tooth, but also greatly reduce the forming load. The qualified gear part needs only a small amount of grinding on the back cone.
