Manufacture and Research of Worm Gearbox for Mill Screwdown Device

从1 700 mm、2 800 mm、3 500 mm和4 300 mm轧机压下装置用蜗轮减速机研制的工程实例出发,对研制过程中的结构设计、加工工艺和修形等主要共性内容进行了探讨,为该类蜗轮减速机的设计和制造提供了具体的工程经验。

Based on manufacture and research on 1 700 mm,2 800 mm,3 500 mm and 4 300 mm worm gearbox of mill screwdown device, some common problems such as structure design, machining process, tooth modification de- sign are discussed. Actual engineering experiences are provided for manufacture and design of such worm gear boxes.
