人文教育是医学教育的一个重要组成部分,关系着医学教育的发展和导向。本文通过分析目前医学院校人文素质教育中面临的学生认知偏差、人文教育活力不足、课程设置不够完善以及师资队伍建设力度不强等问题,提出新形势下医学院校应加强医学生对人文教育的重要性认识,优化人文教育课程结构,加强师资队伍的建设,以提高医学生人文素养。

This article analyzed the problems in the humanistic quality education＇ lii medical schools, and explored effective ways to strengthen medical humanities education and improve medical students’ humanities.
