小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage by Intracerebral Hematoma in Small Bone Window

目的:探讨小骨窗脑血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床应用效果。方法:选取高血压脑出血患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,使其有可比性。对照组患者给予大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗;观察组患者给予小骨窗脑血肿清除术。对两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生情况进行统计,并对两组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果:观察组患者手术时间以及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,术后脑水肿、消化道出血、切口脑脊液漏发生率明显低于对照组;观察组患者治疗达到显效及有效者均明显高于对照组。上述比较两组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小骨窗脑血肿清除术是一种损伤小、恢复快的治疗方式,将其应用于高血压脑出血患者的临床治疗可以有利于改善患者预后,且安全性更高。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of intracerebral hematoma in small bone window to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly, each group for 30 cases, which were comparable. The control group were treated with big bone flap craniotomy, and the observation group were treated with intracerebral hematoma in small bone window. Comparing the operation time, hospital stay after operation and the compli- cation condition of the 2 groups and evaluating the clinical effect of 2 groups. Result ：The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence rate of cerebral edema after operation , gastrointestinal bleeding and cerebrospinal fluid leakage of the observation group were lower evidently than that of the control group. As for the number of the patients to achieve the effect and effective after treatment, the observation group was higher evidently than the control group. The difference above between 2 groups was evident and had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Intracerebral hematoma in small bone window is a kind of treatment method which is little injury and quick recovery. Applying it for the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is advantageous to improve the prognosis of patients, and has high security.
