经会阴超声观察女性盆底在产科的应用 被引量:3

摘要 骨盆底由多层肌肉和筋膜组成,封闭骨盆出口,承托盆腔脏器。若盆底结构和功能发生异常,可影响盆腔脏器位置和功能,造成盆腔脏器的脱垂,如膀胱膨出、子宫脱垂、直肠膨出、尿失禁等,甚至引起分娩障碍。同样,分娩处理不当也可损伤骨盆底。
