摘要
利用模糊综合评价法,通过对小麦色泽气味的定量化测定,从而准确客观得到小麦色泽气味的测定结果,说明模糊数学评价法是测定小麦色泽气味的较好方法。
Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on the quantitative determination of wheat color ＆ smell, thereby accurately and objectively, get the wheat color ＆ smell odor determination result,fuzzy mathematical evalu- ation method is the determination of wheat color ＆ smell better method.
