摘要
按照GB/T 5538-2005《动植物油脂过氧化值测定》方法测定油脂的过氧化值,通过大量实验发现,在其他条件一致的情况下,环境温度、滴定操作及终点分析等方面对测定结果有较大影响。
According to GB/T 5538-2005 Animals and vegetable fats and oils -Determination of peroxide value, through a large number of experiments have found that in other conditions consistent, the environment temperature, titration operation and titration end analysis have great influence on the determination results.
