剖宫产术后宫颈妊娠2例

摘要 宫颈妊娠是一种较罕见的异位妊娠，近年来报道发病有上升趋势，现对剖宫产术后宫颈妊娠2例的临床治疗作一分析。1临床资料病例1：患者27岁，因停经82天，不规则阴道流血42天，2003年10月7日人院。患者系孕2产0，3年前曾服药物流产1次，2年前行剖宫产。末次月经2003年7月15日，于停经40天始阴道间断少量出血，7天前夜间睡眠中出现阴道大量流血，无腹痛，晨起出血自止。3天前阴道再次大量流血，
