摘要
对铸件充型凝固过程数值模拟是提高铸件质量和铸造生产经济效益的重要途径之一.在DA5排气歧管新品研制开发基础上,以模拟仿真软件Anycasting为工具,在DA5排气歧管模具设计初期,对不同浇注系统进行了铸件充型过程三维数值模拟,为浇注系统设计方案选择提供依据.同时通过高级缺陷分析,对缩孔缺陷进行了预测,为DA5排气歧管工艺方案改进提供了方向,缩短了DA5排气歧管新品研制周期.
Numerical simulation of cast filling and solidification process is one of the most important ways to improve the quality of castings and increase economic benefit of foundry production. A novel product of DA5 exhaust manifold is researched and developed by using the simulation software Anycasting. In the initial period of design for the mould of DA5 exhaust manifold, a three-dimensional numerical simulation of mould filling process for different casting systems was done, which provided a basis for selection of the design options of pouting system. At the same time, the advanced analysis of defect and prediction of shrinkage defect provide a direction for improvement of DA5 exhaust manifold process, and reduce the cycle of new product development.
