摘要
为解决发动机连杆高效清洗问题,利用高压喷淋技术瞬间产生的高温高压特点,开发针对连杆存在的污渍及结构清洗的专用喷淋清洗系统.对喷淋系统进行整体设计,包括喷淋管道设计、水泵的选择、喷嘴选择配置、控制阀、净化系统等,对系统的执行采用PLC控制.该系统提高了清洗效率,可以为企业带来可观的经济效益.
The design of high pressure spray system solves the high-efficiency cleaning problem for the connecting rod of generator by taking advantage of the high temperature and high pressure characteristics. A special spray cleaning system was developed to clean stains on the connecting rod, and accomplish structural cleaning as well. This paper gives an overall design for the spray cleaning system, including spray line, selection of water pump, configuration of nozzle, control valve, purification system, etc. The system is implemented using programmable logic controller (PLC) control. The design improved cleaning efficiency, bringing considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
