镉对未成年雌性大鼠卵巢组织激素分泌的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察镉对未成年雌性大鼠卵巢组织雌、孕激素分泌的影响及其性腺毒性的作用机制。方法健康清洁级未成年雌性SD大鼠38只,随机分为染镉高、中、低剂量组和对照组,前三组皮下注射氯化镉染毒,1次/d,每周5 d,连续6周;对照组注射等量生理盐水。观察大鼠卵巢镉含量、动情周期,子宫、卵巢系数及卵巢组织雌、孕激素水平。结果与对照组比较,染镉组卵巢镉含量明显增加、动情周期明显延长,子宫、卵巢系数及雌、孕激素水平明显降低。结论镉可能通过降低卵巢组织雌、孕激素分泌影响未成年雌(女)性生殖内分泌系统,其具体机制有待深入研究。
