摘要
从车身附件与支架的连接方式和附件的功能特点两方面总结了附件支架的4种主要类型,并分别举例描述了这4种支架的结构。同时,针对每一种类型的支架提出了强度分析工况和NVH分析要求。通过提出的分析方法和思路,为车身附件支架的CAE工程分析提供参考。
The automotive body accessory brackets are designed to support, connect and in- stall body accessories. Because each of the accessories have its own function, the brackets that connect to body accessories need to be designed individually, and the performance of the brackets must meet different design needs. This paper classified these brackets, according to the connection type of body accessories to body and the function of body accessories. Then show the structure of the sample brack- ets to describe these four kinds of accessory brackets detailedly. Meanwhile, each type of the brackets is studied in the range of strength cases and NVH performance. To sum up, the methodology and thoughtway are guidelines for CAE engineering of body accessory brackets.
