摘要
从车门的密封结构着手,介绍车门密封条的基本构造。研究了密封条的压缩变形特性、断面结构的设计要求,主要依据密封和关门力要求设定压缩变形特性曲线规格。提出了对密封条的外观和尺寸、物理-机械性能、化学-老化性能方面的要求。
From the analysis on the door sealing structure, this paper introduces the basic structure of the door weather strip, mainly researches how to determine the specification of compress- ing-deformation curve, and optimize the section design according to sealing and closing force require- ments. Designer need set the performance requirements on appearance and size, physical-mechanical specification, and chemical-degradation character.
