Study on the Comparison of Marine Economic Competitiveness of Main Marine Economic Zones in China

海洋经济竞争力是评价海洋经济发展状况的重要方面,文章在确立具体衡量要素的基础上构建了海洋经济竞争力的评价指标,利用DEA方法对我国主要海洋经济区的海洋经济竞争力进行了综合比较分析,并进一步剖析了影响海洋经济竞争力的主要因素,最后根据分析结果提出了未来提升海洋经济竞争力的对策建议。

The Competitiveness analysis is an important tool to evaluate the development of marine economy. First of all, this paper constructs marine economic competitiveness evaluating indicator on the basis of key marine economic element, and utilizes DEA analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of main marine economy in China.Then, the chief factors that influence the marine economic competitiveness are explicated.At last, some useful countermeasures are put forward in view of the result of competitiveness comparison analysis.
