人力资源管理专业学生的素质评价研究——基于2011年中国百强企业校园招聘的实证分析 被引量:4

摘要 校园招聘作为一种重要的外部招聘渠道,一直是许多知名企业吸纳优质人力资源的首选途径。文章通过文献回顾和对2011年中国百强企业校园招聘信息的收集统计,以人力资源管理专业人员通用素质模型为理论框架,采用样本分析、ABC排列等方法设计出百强企业对于人力资源管理专业学生的素质评价模型。该模型分为目标与行动、帮助与服务、自我概念、认知、个性化素质5大素质族群,共17个素质要项。 Campus Recruitment has been the preferred way for many well-known companies to attract good human resources, and it has been an important external recruitment channels.Through literature review and colleeting statistics for 2011 China top 100 enterprises campus Jobs, based on the theoretical framework of generic quality model to human resources management professionals, using the sample analysis and the ARC arrangement method, this paper designs an evaluation model for the students major in human resource management.The model is divided into 5 ethnic groups of objectives and actions, help and services, self concept, cognition, quality of personalized, and a total of 17 quality items.
