临床护生锐器伤及防护意识状况调查分析

目的:了解临床实习护生发生锐器伤的情况及自我防护的意识。方法:采用自制的问卷对194名护生职业防护知识情况及发生锐器伤的情况进行调查。结果:临床护生对职业防护知识有一定的了解,但防护意识差,职业防护的各种措施实施情况较差,实习期间发生锐器伤的人数较多。应提高护生的防护意识,降低医疗锐器伤的发生率。

Objective： To understand the incidence of sharp instrument injury and self- protection awareness of nursing students. Method： Self - designed questionnaire was delivered to 194 nursing students about knowledge and the occurrence of sharp instrument injury. Results： Most of the nursing students had some knowledge of occupational protection, but they had little awareness of protection,and implementation of standard precau- tions were poor. The risk of injury accidents was high. Conclusion： It is important to improve nursing students＇ consciousness of occupational protec- tion and reduce the occuoational hazards.
