目的:探讨人工肱骨头置换术治疗左肱骨上段粉碎性骨折伴肩关节脱位的护理。方法:对患者术前护理、术后加强功能锻炼、并发症预防等进行护理。结果:通过术前、术后护理,无并发症发生。结论:护理在人工肱骨头置换术中起重要作用。
