硫脲改性物对环氧树脂固化促进作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对硫脲的热稳定性、硫脲对环氧树脂的固化能力及硫脲与脂肪胺和芳香胺的反应活性进行了研究。结果表明,硫脲170℃分解,其不能单独作环氧固化剂,硫脲与脂肪胺的反应活性大于与芳香胺的反应活性。研究了在硫脲改性胺类环氧固化剂反应中,硫脲反应程度和用量对改性固化剂反应活性的影响。结果表明在保证改性固化剂为液态的条件下,硫脲反应程度尽可能低较好,n二乙烯三胺∶n硫脲为1.5∶1为宜。 The thermal stability ofthiourea,the capaability ofthiourea to cure epoxy resins and the reaction activity of thiourea with aliphatic amines or aromatic amine were studied.The results showed that thiourea decomposes at 170 ℃,thiourea cannot be used as the epoxy curing agent lonely and the reaction activity of thiourea and fatty amine is higher than that of thiourea and aromatic amine.The effects of thiourea reaction extent and thiourea amount in the reaction of modifying the amine curing agents of epoxy resins with thiourea on the curing reactivity of the modified cruing agents were studied.Under the modified curing agent being liquid,it is better that the thiourea reaction extent is as low as possible,and it is appropriate that the ratio ofdiethylenetriamine and thiourea is equal to 1.5:1.
