摘要
以乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢硅油、催化剂、交联剂、纳米二氧化硅为原料,制备了双组分多功能光学复合窗口用粘合剂。研究了表面处理工艺、胶层厚度、晾置时间、固化工艺对粘接强度的影响。由该光学胶制备的多功能光学复合窗口可满足实用要求。
A bicomponent adhesive for multifunctional composite window was prepared with vinyl polydimethylsiloxane,hydrogen-containing silicone oil,catalysts,crosslinking agents and nano silica as the raw materials.The effects of surface treatment process,adhesive thickness,dry set time and curing process on bonding strength of the optical adhesive were investigated.The multifunction optical composite window prepared with the optical adhesive can meet the practical requirements
