Determination of potassium bromate in wheat flour by using ion chromatography

摘要 建立了一种小麦粉中溴酸钾的检测方法。试验采用水提取小麦粉中的溴酸钾,经0.2μm微孔滤膜过滤后直接进离子色谱分析。结果表明,当溴酸钾标准溶液质量浓度为0~6.0μg/ml时,线性相关系数(R2)为0.999 6;溴酸钾在1.0、2.0、3.0mg/kg 3个不同浓度添加水平下,回收率为85.2%~93.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.8%;溴酸钾以1.0 mg/kg添加浓度计算方法的检出限(LOD)为0.2 mg/kg;定量限(LOQ)为0.7mg/kg。该方法便捷、快速、准确,能满足小麦粉中痕量溴酸钾的分析要求。 A simple method based on ion chromatography was studied to determine potassium bromate in wheat tlour. Potassium bromate in wheat flour was extracted with water and cleared through millipore filter of 0.2 vm, and analyzed by ion chromatography. The results showed that:when the standard solution concentration of potassium bromate was 0-6.0 μg/ml, the linear correlation coefficient ( R2) is 0. 999 6; potassium bromate in different concentration levels of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 mg/kg, the recoveries were from 85.2% to 93.80%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than or equal to 1.8%. The limit of detection (LOD) of potassium bromate was 0.2 mg/kg. For potassium bromate concentration of 1.0 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.7 mg/kg. This method was convenient, fast, accurate, and be able to meet the requirements of the analysis of trace amounts of potassium bromate in wheat flour.
