丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的的临床研究

Clinical observation of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of transient ischemia attach

目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法:65例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予抗血小板抗凝、营养脑神经、改善微循环等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液,20ml加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连用2周,比较2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组相比差异有显著性,P<O.05。结论:常规治疗配合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of transient ischemia attach （TIA）.Methods 65 patients with transient ischemia attach were randomly divided into treatment group of 35cases and control group of 30 cases.The control group was given conventional therapy, such as anti-platelet and anti-coagulation,repairing cranial nerve, lowering cranial pressure, improving microcirculation ,and the treatment group based on the control group was added with the Danshen Chuanxiong injection ,every day once, continued two weeks.The clinical effect in the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rates of treatment group was significant higher than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with Danshen Chuanx- iong injection was significantly better than the group of conventional therapy with the clinic treatment effectiveness.
