摘要
提出一种新型三相-单相矩阵变换器拓扑,采用小容量功率补偿单元解决因单相交流输出脉动功率引起的三相输入电流畸变、功率因数低等问题。详细介绍了带功率补偿单元的三相-单相矩阵变换器调制策略,推导出负载与功率补偿单元上电压关系、调制比、占空比等一系列表达式;分析了三相输入电流与虚拟直流母线电流的关系,比较了有、无功率单元两种情况下的输入电流谐波含量。同时研究表明,当负载与功率补偿单元满足一定约束条件时,由单相输出功率脉动引起的输入电流畸变可得到改善。研制原理样机,实验结果表明所提出的新型三相-单相矩阵变换器拓扑结构合理,性能优良。
A novel three-phase to single-phase matrix converter is proposed which uses a small capacity as a power compensation unit to eliminate the three-phase input current distortion and solve the low power factor problem caused by the single-phase power pulsation.Firstly, the modulation strategy of the three-phase to single-phase matrix converter is introduced, then the relationship of the voltage between the load and the power compensation unit, modulation ratio, duty ratio and a series of equations are deduced.The relationship between the three-phase input current and the virtual DC bus current are analyzed and the input current harmonic content is given.In addition,the research indicates that the input current distortion caused by single-phase power pulsation can be reduced when the load and the power compensation unit meet some certain constraints.A prototype is built up,and experimental results confirm that the structure of this novel three-phase to single-phase matrix converter is reasonable and the performance is perfect.
