摘要
针对飞机供电系统余度设计占用了飞机大量体积、资源的问题,提出一种具有多故障容错功能的新型逆变器拓扑,可减少飞机余度设计。通过可靠性模型分析,证明新型逆变器相比三相四桥臂逆变器具有功率管关断电压低、寿命长、容错性和可靠性好的优点。详细研究了改进型拓扑在单功率管、双功率管和三功率管故障情况下的各种容错运行方案,提出了变结构干扰抑制概念,解决了拓扑重构带来的电磁干扰,最后通过仿真和实验对新型拓扑及其容错方案进行了验证。
Considering the redundancy design of airplane power system occupies too much space and resource, the paper proposes a new multi-fauh tolerant inverter topology,which could reduce redundancy design of airplane.Contrast to three-phase four-leg inverter, new inverter has better fault-tolerant, lower IGBT voltage,longer life and higher reliability according to the analysis of reliability model, according to the improve on the topology, we can solve the problem of neutral-point voltage banance can be solved.The fault-tolerant metheds under one IGBT fault to three IGBTs' fault is researched, an interference restrain method based on configuration changing is introduced, the simulation and experimental prove the new topology and fault-tolerant methods.
