我国主要非离子表面活性剂生产现状调研报告

Report on the Present Situation of Nonionic Surfactant Production at Home

自 8 0年代末至 90年代初 ,我国先后从国外引进乙氧基化反应工艺生产装置 10套 ,年生产能力达 2 7 4万t,主要产品脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AE)仅应用于洗涤和化妆品行业。由于品种单一 ,国内市场有限 ,10套装置的年平均生产负荷不到 5 0 % ,而工业用表面活性剂却需要大量进口。作者对国内主要非离子表面活性剂的生产及应用作了详细调研 ,分析了发展趋势 ,并提出了今后重点开发的方向。

Up to the early 1990,ten plants of ethoxy process have been introduced from abroad and the productive potentiality has amounted to 274000 t/a.The major products are fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AE),which are employed in washing and cosmetic industry.The average productive capacity of the plants is less than 50 per cent every year because of the unitary product supply and limited domestic demand,and so a large number of surfactants in commerical use must be purchased from abroad.In this paper the author did a great deal of market studies of the production and application of surfactants,analysed the development trend and put forward the focal point of development in the future.
