基于低碳视角的中国利用外资问题研究 被引量：1

摘要 跨国公司投资低碳化趋势为我国带来了新的发展机遇,文章在总结我国利用外资发展低碳经济取得了显著成效的基础上,从清洁发展机制(CDM)的现状和知识产权保护角度分析了跨国公司向我国低碳投资和转移低碳技术动力不足的原因,并提出了提高我国低碳领域利用外资效果的建议:扩大CDM开发范围、推动我国中西部地区高碳产业低碳化;进一步加强国内外低碳领域的技术合作;以低碳园区建设为纽带,培育低碳产业链条;充分挖掘碳库资源的吸碳功能;大力发展低碳农业和低碳服务业等。
