一体化三坐标测头的研究

A STUDY ON THE ONE UNIT FLEXIBLE HINGE PROBE OF CMMS

针对开发结构简单、新型和高精度测头这一三坐标发展方向做一些探索性的工作 .根据这一方向的要求 ,研究了采用柔性铰链一体化结构的新型测微测头 ,从理论上讲一体化的结构较易实现测间的简单化。

The probe head is one of important parts in CMMs.In this article a new kind of probe of CMM featuring the one unit structure and simpleness in design is presented,and its mathematical model is described.Furthermore,the experimental data were obtained,from which the linearity,repeatability and two axis correlativity of the probe were determined.
