呼和浩特市生活饮用水中二氯乙酸,三氯乙酸含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立测定水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的气相色谱测定方法。了解了呼和浩特市枯、丰水期的水源水、出厂水中的二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸含量情况。方法:水中的微量二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸经液-液萃取衍生后,用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,在程序升温条件下进行气相色谱分析,以保留时间定性,内标法定量。结果:二氯乙酸的线性范围为0.0μg/L~150.0μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.0010 mg/L,三氯乙酸的线性范围为0.0μg/L~75.0μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.0005 mg/L,相关系数均≥0.9990,水样加标回收率为76.0%~91.3%,RSD为4.8%~7.9%。结论:方法仅用21.5 min完成饮用水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的测定,操作简便、灵敏度高。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Dichloroacetic acid (DCAA) and Trichloro- acetic acid(TCAA) in water with Gas Chromatography. Methods: DCAA and TCAA in the water were extracted by liquid- liquid extraction, then analyzed with HP- 5 capillary column. At the same time,they were determined with GC by controlling the temperature. Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis, while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results: The linear ranges of DCAA and TCAA were 0.0 μg/L 150.0 μg/L and 0.0 μg/L - 75.0 μg/L, r ≥0. 9990. The lowest determination limit were 0. 0010 mg/L and O. 0005 mg/L,the rate of recovery were 76.0% ~ 91.3% and RSD were 4.8% -7.9%. Conclusion: This method can accurately determine DCAA and TCAA in the water in only 21.5 minutes. It's simple,rapid and sensitive.
