摘要
目的:针对德国暴发流行的肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC O104并结合我国的特点,建立一套科学的快速检测和鉴定果蔬中肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC O104的快速检测方法。方法:利用ELISA方法作为快速初筛方法,结合传统生化鉴定及PCR检测作为鉴定方法。结果:经特异性和灵敏度检测,方法特异性达到100%,灵敏度达到1.0×101CFU/ml。对市售的50个果蔬样品进行检测,均未检出。结论:利用该方法建立的快速检测果蔬中肠出血性大肠杆菌EHEC:O104标准方法,可以广泛应用在果蔬中的快速检测。
Objective:According to the outbreak of EHEC 0104 strain in Germany, to establish a rapid method for detection of En,terohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0104 in fruits and vegetables. Methods: ELISA was used for rapid preliminary screening, the conventional biochemical identification method and PCR were employed for identifi- cation. Results: With these above methods, the specificity was 100% , the sensitivity was 1.0 × 101 CFU/ml. Fifty fruit and vegetable samples were all negative for Enterohemorrhagic escherichia coli O104. Conclusion: This method can be widely used for the detection of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli 0104 in fruits and vegetables.
