摘要
目的:探讨相差显微镜与UF-100尿沉渣仪在鉴别肾小球源性血尿和非肾小球源性血尿中的临床应用价值。方法:利用相差显微镜BX51和UF-100尿沉渣仪分别对189例血尿标本进行检测分析。相差显微镜检查按3种判断标准进行尿红细胞形态分析。结果:畸形红细胞总数≥70%且畸形红细胞种类≥3种,或者棘形红细胞≥5%诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性81.1%,特异性89.1%,明显优于其余两种标准。UF-100的敏感性(91.6%)高于相差显微镜(81.1%),相差显微镜的特异性(84.8%)明显高于UF-100(58.7%)。结论:相差显微镜和UF-100尿沉渣仪联合检查能更客观准确地鉴别血尿来源。
Objective :To evaluate the clinical application value for distinguishing glomerular hematuria from non- glomerular hematuria by phase- contrast microscope and Sysmex UF- 100 automated flow eytometer. Methods: One hundred and eighty - nine urine samples were both detected by Olympus BX51 phase - contrast microscope and UF - 100. The urinary erythrocyte morphology was analyzed using phase contrast microscope was analyzed by three criteria. Results: Abnormal erythrocytes ≥70% and ≥3 kinds, or acanthocytes ≥ 5% were used for the diagnosis of glomerular hematuria, the sensitivity and specificity were 81.1% and 89.1% respectively, indicating that it was significantly better than the other two criteria, The sensitivity of UF - 100 (91.6%) was higher than that of phase - contrast microscope (81.1%), but the specificity of phase- contrast microscope(84.8% ) was higher than that of UF- 100(58.7% ). Conclusion: Combination of phase- contrast microscope and UF- lO0 may be used to diag- nose the source of hematuria more objectively and accurately.
