摘要 目的:了解中央空调冷却塔水军团菌生态学分布特征。方法:采用分离培养方法,对象山县公共场所中央空调冷却塔水中的军团菌分布进行研究。结果:夏秋季军团菌检出率高,冬春季节未能检出。不同场所军团菌检出率不同,医院、宾馆酒店阳性率分别达78.95%、50.70%。菌型分布为多样性,主要为嗜肺军团菌Lp 1型,占68.7%。检出率还与中央空调冷却塔基座类型相关,漏斗型未检出军团菌,只有平台型检出军团菌。结论:中央空调冷却塔水中军团菌消长有季节性,菌型分布多样性,以医院、宾馆等公共场所,冷却塔基座为平台型的中央空调为重点。 Objective :To explore the ecological distributional characteristics of legionella in cooling tower water of air - conditioning systems. Methods: The distribution of legionella in cooling tower water of air - conditioning systems in public place in Xiangshan was investigated through separation e, ulture. Results: The detection rate of le- gionella was increased in summer and autumn, and decreased to zero in winter and spring. The positive rates from different public places were not concordant, with 78.95% amt 50.70% in hospital and guesthouse separately. The bacterium type was varied, Lp 1 with a percentage of 68.7% was the predominant type. Detection rate was also re- lated to base type of cooling tower, because it was only found to be positive in platform type. Conclusion: The growth and decline of legionella in cooling tower water of air - conditioning systems was related to season, and the bacterium type was varied. The air - conditioning systems with platform base in hospital and guesthouse should be the key site for monitoring.
