摘要
目的:调查在花都区经营的饮食服务企业的食(饮)具卫生状况。方法:按GB14934-94对采集的食(饮)具卫生状况进行检测。结果:144份样品中,合格率76.4%,其中大肠菌群检出阳性32份,不合格率22.2%,烷基苯磺酸钠超标2份,不合格率1.4%。结论:我区食(饮)具合格率不理想,还应加强食(饮)具消毒卫生的监督管理工作。
Objective:To survey the hygienic status of tableware and drinkware in Huadu district. Methods: Ac- cording to GB14934- 94, the hygienic status of tableware and drinkware was tested. Results: The qualified raw was 76.4% for 144 collected samples. Among the unqualified samples, coliform in 32 samples was detected, with unqualified rate of 22.2% , and sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate in 2 samples exceeded the hygienic standard, with the unqualified rate of 1.4%. Conclusion: The hygienic status of tableware and drinkware in Huadu district satisfactory, the hygienic supervision and management should be strengthened.
