Analysis of related risk factors in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的:探讨脑梗死患者的相关危险因素。方法:分析180例脑梗死患者及对照组的一般资料,测定两组患者血糖、血尿酸和血脂浓度,其中血脂包括:血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo A1)、载脂蛋白B100(Apo B100)。结果:脑梗死组与对照组比较,年龄、性别没有差异,脑梗死组体重、家族史、吸烟史、饮酒史、糖尿病史、高血压史均高于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死组与对照组各项临床生化指标比较,脑梗死组TC、TG、LP(a)、LDL-C、Glu及UA水平明显升高(P<0.01),HDL-C、Apo A1水平明显降低(P<0.05),Apo B100水平降低但差别无统计学意义。结论:高血压、高血糖、烟酒嗜好、高尿酸和高血脂是引起脑梗死的危险因素,定期测定脑梗死患者的血压、GLU、UA及血脂有助于判断病情及预后。 Objective:To explore the related risk factors in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: One hun- drcd and eighty cases with cerebral infarction and 180 controls were collected to determine blood glucose, serum uric acid and lipid concentrations, including serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyeeride (TG), lipoprotein (a) [ Lp (a) I, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL - C), apoli- poprotein AI (Apo AI ), apolipoprotein BI00 (Apo BI00). Results: Compared to control group, there was no difference in age and gender. But weights, family history, smoking history, drinking history, diabetes history and hypertension history of cerebral infarction group were higher than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared to control group about the clinical and biochemical indicators, TC, TG, Lp(a) , LDL- C, Glu and UA levels of cerebral in- farction group significantly increased (P 〈0.01 ) , while HDL- C and Apo A1 levels were significantly lower (P 〈 0.05), Apo B100 level decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Hypertension, high blood sugar, tobacco and alcohol habits, high uric acid and high cholesterol are risk factors arousing cerebral infarction, and regular determination of blood pressure, GLU, UA and lipids can help determine the condition and prognosis.
