摘要
以松杉木枝丫 (锯屑 )炭为原料 ,配以特制的复合型粘结剂经磨细、粘结、成型造粒、炭化活化 ,制取的木质颗粒炭 ,其吸附性能优于煤质、果壳类颗粒炭 ;其微孔、中孔容积之和比煤质、果壳炭高 ,特别是中孔容积值明显增高 ;添加助活化剂后 。
The woody granular activated carbon is made from pine and fir branches(saw dust) with a special kind of complex adhesive, The raw materials are ground, bound, moulded, carbonized and activated to form granular activated carbon having a better adsorbility than that from coal or nuts. The former has more total pore volume of micro and middle pores, especially of middle pores. The adsorbility is comparable with that of imported products while an additional activating agent is used.
