New Manufacturing Process of 5 -Difluoromethoxy-2-Mercapto-l H-Benzimidazole

2-巯基-5-二氟甲氧基苯并咪唑是一种重要的医药中间体。本文简介了其早期的制备方法及新近开发的以对乙酰胺基苯酚为起始原料的制备新工艺。新工艺对早期制备方法中的一些工艺条件进行了改进,工艺流程短,原料价廉易得,更易实现工业化生产。

A 5-difluoromethoxy-2-mercapto-lH-benzimidazole is an important pharmaceutical intermediate. The early syn- thesis method and the new pharmaceutical process which is based on p-acetamidophenol are introduced in this article. The new pharmaceutical process whose process flow is short and material is cheaper and easily available, made improvements on some process conditions of early methods, and it is more convenient to be commerciaslized.
