摘要 据不完全统计,目前我国已建成的电子电路SMT(表面贴装)生产线已达六千多条。虽然SMT生产线高度自动化,但其生产效率却不尽人意,尤其在多品种、变批量的生产行业,设备的潜能没有充分发挥出来。这种情况制约了信息技术的发展和SMT水平的提高。为此本文提出,在电子电路SMT车间建立MES(制造执行系统),通过该系统对车间的各种生产数据进行采集、分析,使其可视、可控,对生产线的作业进行排产优化,对车间的物料进行动态管理。同时,本系统还可以与企业的ERP系统、PDM系统、物流系统等集成,实现数据共享,从而提高SMT生产线的工作效率。 Approximately, over six thousand product lines of electronic circuit SMT(surface mount technolo- gy) had been built in our country at present. Although those product bundling lines are highly automatic, their productive effectiveness is not satisfactory, particularly in production sectors having many products type and variable batches. The potential of the equipment of those lines are not exerted completely. This situation limits the development of information technology and the improvement of SMT. Therefore, this article presents the method of building MES ( manufacturing execution system) in the workshop of electronic circuit SMT. MES collect and analyze all sorts of productive data in the workshop, making the data visualized and controllable. Based on these data, operations of product line are optimized, and workshop materials can be managed in a dynamic way. In additional, this system can also be integrated with enterprise ERP, PDM and logistics sys- tems to achieve data sharing and thus improve the effectiveness of SMT product line.
