心脏再同步化治疗左室电极植入技术的进展 被引量:1

摘要 心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是心力衰竭的重要治疗手段。通过冠状静脉窦植入左室电极是该治疗的重要步骤。当由于多种因素影响,不能成功通过冠状静脉窦植入左室电极者,可通过改变起搏模式、改变植入途径、改进植入技术、改换电极及导丝等手段,从而确保CRT疗效。
