摘要 扼要介绍空心阳极真空离子镀膜技术的原理,具体分析利用DKYL-1000型真空离子镀膜机进行TiN镀制的几个主要工艺参数,并对利用该设备镀制的刀具在生产上的应用情况作了总结。 This paper introduces briefly the principle of hollow cathodic vacuum ion plating technology, analyses several technological parameters associated with Tin plating with DKYL-1000 vacuum ion plating machine and gives out the summaries on the application of the cutters plated with this equipment to the production.
